@liftsbyzb: Exercise order shown is all from session 1. Session 1 and 2 have the same selection, just different exercise orders. Going to run this split for the foreseeable future. This will give me structured training/rest days, and grant me an extra rest day with the same training volume/frequency. All muscle groups have 6-8 working sets per week in the 4-8 rep range. #gym #fyp
