YES! I found a routine that works really well for me and it changed my dental health for the better: 1. Floss (dont do it too vigorously so ur gums won't bleed and cause more problems) 2. Scrape your tongue 3. Gargle some mouthwash 4. Brush your teeth w your toothpaste and don't rinse your mouth out, just spit out the bubbles. I was skeptical of this but it really does help ! The fluoride from the toothpaste is the important mineral that keeps your teeth strong and prevents it from decay[yummy]
