First off, does he mean respectively or respectfully? Secondly, rugby is 80minutes of solid play. USA football is 15minutes play over 6 hours. Rugby, no pads, helmets, full on hits and physicality.

L take. Rugby requires way more skill. First everyone has to be able to do everything. So even the forwards need to have ball skills. But on top of that things like rucks and malls are so much more complicated than what the nfl version of forwards go through

There’s more skill in rugby! It’s free play not pre-set routines you literally have to think on the spot and as a team for 80 minutes. It’s mental and physical!

I don’t just say this as a rugby fan, but I will admit my own bias here. However the skills of rugby players are far higher. The average back can spiral pass off both hands and kick from hand. That’s already more than the average football player.
