Jinshi and Zani are equal strength, one does big hits while the other does continuos hits that are big hits but not as big, also jiyan didn’t get power crept yet, since cartheiya is much different from his kit other than aero

-Cartethyia without ciaccona is almost the same level as jiyan. -Zani needs phoebe to be a high level dps. -might agree on the augusta one. -if we only count personal damage camellya's still better since phrolova relies on echo skill to deal high damage after using ult.

It’s not really "powercreep" if the characters don’t even share the same damage type. The only real case of power creep in WUWA was XLY replacing Calcharo.
