I still can't understand how so many cops do not understand First Amendment public photography laws. He's in a public lobby. He has every right to film and the employees there work for the public so they can't deny services just because there's a camera and they don't want to be filmed. like Jason Said, if you have private information, they have private offices to deal with your matters.
