this is called parenting. what about after school programs for these children? I think the kids should clean up the community, get a bag and a stick and go pick up the trash on the highway. that's what they should do. give him something to do

I did armed security at libraries and fast food restaurants help control students, and you wouldn't be how students act, and how disrespectful they are. That's what parents get for either ignoring or trying to make your child your best friend.

I work in a supermarket and the kids come in during their lunch. They usually go to the deli, get their food, pay and leave. In there 10 to 15 minutes max. Good kids
