If that magnet comes out of the plastic, take it out. & instead of using the bigger flat side/front of the magnet, use the shortest side/top & wave it up & down next to the nail slowly getting closer to the edge of the nail. Then what I do is slowly push the magnet up to the free edge. Hope this helps

Cure the first coat then apply second coat. Hold the magnet for 10 seconds directly in the middle. Use generous coats so the metal moves easily.

Tilt the magnet a little over definitely not under. Move the magnet back and forth a little slower and do it a few times. Some cat eyes are just better than others.

Use the top and stay parallel to the sidewalls, sweep up 1 side slowly and down the other, or vice versa depending on the polish.

I took mine out of the plastic thing and use the top edge. its like pushing and pulling particles. wave the magnet on one side, then the opposite and then once its full, you can push the design you want. my favorite are pushing it towards the tips or just a circle in the center. when you use polish with finer particles it looks like a jewel.

Nail tech here! If you're trying to get that sharp line start from above the nail get very close to the nail then pull away from above, because those sparkles with disappear sometimes if you put the magnet in certain directions unless you try a circular motion from the end of the nail for a different design.

use the little round ones that come with the polish and only run it along the sides, never directly above or below the nail that's what makes it disappear, also to "refresh" it just swipe the brush over it again and then you can magnetize it again till you get it right

try putting it parallel w the nail, magnet up, starting w the right side then left side. i’m still learning but i think ive got the basics down lol
