I feel like people are missing that they had a flight to Nice, missed it and said we need to rebook this flight!! It wasn’t out of nowhere they were trying to rebook a missed flight that was to Nice, and in the rush of it failed to check it was correct.

The most important detail was that they missed their initial flight and their destination was written on the ticket. The travel attendant deliberately chose to send them to Tunis
