I probably shouldn’t have watched this one. My 25-year old old son was in a motorcycle accident on 6/12/24. I have often envisioned what his body went through. He was speeding and hit the back of a car. The injury to his brain was extensive. We decided just hours after the accident to have all life support removed. That decision haunts me. Did we give up on him too early? What would he have been like if he had survived the other injuries. He had made it clear, though, what we were to do if he was injured that bad. I miss my son.

Unpopular opinion perhaps, but since my kids were toddlers I’ve “brainwashed” them into thinking that motorcycles were to be avoided. Don’t buy one, don’t get on one, don’t glamorize them. One of the nicest boys in my high school would have turned 60 today and had a life if it wasn’t for an accident just like this one.

My daughter’s dad went thru the exact same thing, a motorcycle accident (his rider died at the scene), traumatic brain injury with DAI diagnosis and multiple broken bones and much more. He looked a lot like Trevor in his recovery photos regarding injuries. He has 5 children and the doctors suggested that they turn off his ventilator as he will be in a vegetative state the rest of his life. They said no. They all chose prayer along with many, many other people praying and he made it thru a year long rehab and 6 years later he walks and talks like he used to, works 3 jobs to stay busy and living a productive life. All thanks to prayer and god! God truly can do miracles!

Seeing that accident immediately brought tears to my eyes. To know and see what Trevor went through and see how he doing now is breathtaking. There are no words and a million words at the same time. Wow!

He is an absolute miracle! Thankful to have found his story. My 25 year old cousin was in a bike accident 8-29, spent the last 2 months in ICU with TBI-DAI and is now in rehab and is recovering!!! God is good!

God has restored so much in him after 2 strokes at the sametime. It is a miracle he is alive, walking and talking. He will restore his short term memory in the name of Jesus 🙏 picture is after his strokes.
