I have been applying heel cream with 40% urea and massage my plantar fascia like shown in this video twice a day, mornings and before bedtime! Now I can walk properly and pain free, it really works ❤️Although pain has gone I got into the habit to keep on doing it on both feet as my feet always feel great afterwards 🥰
