i have osteoarthritis i’ve had a steroid injection in my knee but it didn’t work i can’t hardly walk i can’t sleep i’ve tried taking pain killers just makes me sleepy it don’t kill the pain i can’t go out i am just stuck in house looking at 4 walls getting me down big time feel like crying 😢 all the time can’t do anything i stand up to long my knee my knee hurts bad sit back down and get up my knee just won’t let me walk i have to run my knee so i can walk a little bit i have to try and shuffle across floor or i have to hold my leg so i can walk but limp across floor it’s getting me down big time i don’t know what else to do i have a slite wear and there

I have osteoarthritis in my knee and never know pain like it,painkillers don’t work , physio doesn’t work ,I do a lot of walking for my job and now have to use a stick,don’t sleep as I have pain,I have 3 kids and this pain is far worse,can’t afford to take time off work coz then carnt afford prescription for pain killers I’m only 51 but feel so much older

had mine 5 years and it's now progressed to floating bone inside, another long wait to see if they gonna do anything, also have gout in my foot which over-rides any other pain 😢

shallow troclear groove, hypermobile joints and arthritis due to my kneecap subluxing constantly. at the point where I can't sleep properly because I have to move my legs when they start to stiffen up. constant pain, some days worse than others and painkillers just don't touch it it's like having toothache constantly but behind my kneecap... work in a kitchen so on my feet all day. not allowed on knee replacement list tilll I'm at least 55 and I'm 47 ... 😭.. its just so depressing 😞
