alot of people don't know how to prompt it for accurate therapy and also use the settings for maximise privacy. it's a tool and many dont know how to use it properly. Just like anything else it can hinder you or support your journey if you are not mindful and discerning about it's use.

Truth to be told is that some people are very smart and think that just because they have the full disclosure information, they got it from there. They dislike the process because it takes time, but I see it as learning a new language. It takes time, practice, and effort, but once you get it, it sticks with. I used IA all the time, but not as my only resource.

I don’t disagree, but it’s been better than 988 for me. I’m struggling and my therapist said to text for a sooner appointment…but then she forgot me for two days and when I didn’t show to my recent appointment hasn’t followed up or anything. I’m just over a year out from a nearly success attempt, and trying to wait on professionals has been hell.
