Plan nappy changes when it’s bottle time. That’s the easy ones. Otherwise, find a random object that’s specifically not a baby toy and hand them that while you change them. Also, pull up nappies, I find them easier as you only have to get the legs in then just stand them up to pull them up 😂 good luck 🤞🏻
