That’s interesting because the maker of Bratz got the company Diva Starz shut down. The similarities were they they’ve both had big heads and big feet but Diva Starz was actually the better doll. It talked and had sensors that made the doll respond to what was done to what was done to it. Each style of the doll had a different personality. They weren’t the same. So sorry for what happened to you.

So some research in California state law you can still sue for rent and displacement. That's breech of contract in rent. Which in California three years doesn't apply until you are made aware that you can sue for it

People don't realize how much strength and also resources it takes to engage in a legal fight. The other side will do whatever they can: stalking, threatening, intimidation, etc. to make you give up. The law is not on the side of individuals, it's on the side of corporations. Being neurodivergent and burnt out and being in a legal battle is not something I would wish on anyone.
