Nasal sprays are also known to give panic attack attacks that last forever and you can’t get rid of them

3x a day sounds like it could have long term consequences for your nasal passages. Every nasal spray I know says don’t use long term.

The nasal wash by Xlear, I swear by. My bff’s hubby worked all thru Covid and was exposed multiple times and never got COVID

I use it already. Azelastine nasel spray and I rinse my moth out with Coloare Peroxyl before leaving the house. Plus wear my N95 mask.

I’m pregnant and immunocompromised my husband had covid a few weeks ago and I didn’t get it. I used a nasal spray to clean out my nasal passages daily along with vitamin c and elderberry

I take a nasal allergy spray EVERY SINGLE DAY and I’m vaccinated and I still got Covid twice 😭😭😭

A nurse practitioner told my daughter when she was in middle school every day to put Aquaphor in her nose, before she went to school . it’s important to keep the nasal membranes moist whether it’s saline spray or Aquaphor . she still does it 15 years later to this day. She is rarely sick and was in college during Covid and she still has NOT gotten Covid !
