What’s something that you or your husband do to decide whether or not to add something for blood sugar balance? You said you don’t have to do it all of the time which I understand I just would like to know what makes your decide whether or not to add something? I’m coming from a restricted mindset around food and I used to add protein fiber or fat to my snacks but I felt like I needed those “healthy” things to earn my snack.
