Good for you. Enjoy, and only surround yourself with positivity. Sounds like you’ve endured some tough years, and I get it. I was the big boss for many years and expected lots from my team. And I too finally needed a break. But mine was a retirement. 👍

I'm so excited for you. enjoy every minute of it. 2 years ago we spent 6 weeks traveling through Vietnam, Cambodia and Thailand. And then this past summer we spent 7 weeks traveling all over Thailand. I can't wait to follow all of your Adventures and get ideas for my next adventure

@LilMizz Sunshine: You will absolutely love every minute! We stayed a week in Pan Pacific and a week at the Pullman off Orchard Rd. Orchard was also good as far as everything being in walking distance. Lucky Plaza(shops,lots of food) , Paragon Mall -more on high end but good eateries inside, there's a place on the other side of the street as well (huge store) that also has lots of food stalls and shopping. It was food every where I turned!..lol..Of course I had to try the McDonaldds there- they even had NOODLES on the menu, so did Jollibee!..lol. The LOCAL cuisine is awesome! I tried so many new dishes. Don't forget to eat the FRIED BANANAS!! Omg, my mouth is salivating just thinking of them!..😅...Thailand is next on my list as well. So is Bali, Indonesia, Du Bai- sooo many to name Mel!..lol..By the way, I'm MEL too- short for Melody! 🥰..Goooo, have LOTS of fun! 🥰🥰

Omg! Thats so amazing!! Enjoy life while you can! Make sure Singapore is on your list of stops! I spent 2 amazing weeks there in June and I didn't want to leave!! Take your own table napkins though because they charge you if you use the ones they lay out on the table next to your cutlery! 😅. You will LOVE it! Take the ferry over to Malaysia while you're there- that's where everything is very cheap! Singapore is very expensive.🤦🏽♀️...It's worth it though- trust me!...Go Business Class for an even more amazing experience! The constant eating, sleeping and watching movies was the best experience I've ever had on a plane!.....I want to go back so bad!!! Next year! Pan Pacific Hotel- Marina Bay Square was excellent!
