Has anyone actually received their ear plugs? I placed an order last month and received no updates and reached out to their customer team and they said it was “considered lost” so they placed a new order. And that order still hasn’t shipped either :( I was hoping to wear them to a concert September 20 but I guess I’m going to have to go with cheap ones 😭
