Do you understand the difference? 🧐 🚶♂️ 30 minutes on the treadmill or bike can look very different depending on your approach: 1️⃣ Steady State (same speed/incline the whole time) – Simple: set it and forget it – No need to adjust settings mid-session – Great when you just want to zone out ⚠️ But mentally tough… 20 minutes in, it can feel endless. If you picked a pace that’s too hard, you might end up stopping early. 2️⃣ Intervals (switching settings every few mins) – Push harder during “work” segments, recover on easier ones – Mentally easier: you know a break is coming – Creates variety and keeps you engaged ⚠️ The only downside: if you don’t have a treadmill/bike that auto-adjusts, changing settings while tired feels like a workout itself. 💭 My experience: I’ve had my best incline walks and burned the most calories doing intervals. So the dogs actually want to eat the truffles! The trainer kept breaking pieces of truffle and offering it to them, what an expensive treat !!! So you have to dig them up before they get to them 😂 our kids loved this summertime adventure in the forest truffle hunting led by 2 beautiful pups 🖤
