Recipe card added at the end you can screenshot! 👌🏼 🩷 150g softened butter 🩷 150g caster sugar Cream together 🩷 1 tsp vanilla 🩷 3 eggs- whisk each separately 🩷 150g self raising flour 🩷 1 tsp baking powder 🩷 Fold together until smooth batter. I then add the batter into a piping bag for ease. 🩷 lightly grease your donut mould, I use low calorie spray 🩷 Bake 160 degrees C for 12-15 minutes- until golden and cooked through For the icing 🩷 250g icing sugar 🩷 4/6 tablespoons water 🩷 pink food coloring - I use colour Mill Mix together until a thick consistency…if you need more water/icing sugar add it slowly until it’s thick enough it won’t run off the donuts 🩷 Wait until donuts are cooled and gently pipe the icing on top 🩷 Whilst the icing is still wet, add sprinkles Leave to set and store in an air tight container for up to 5 days #donutrecipe #mealprep #snackprep #kidslunchboxideas #kidslunchbox
