45 years ago I graduated from Marine Corps Boot Camp. After 90 of boot camp I was craving a breakfast taco. I went to Chula Vista Ca. I found a Mexican grill and asked for a breakfast taco. The man ( wearing a Dallas Cowboy jersey) that owned it and worked the grill didn’t know what they were, so I explained. He made the tacos for me with burrito tortillas 😆. He liked the idea and said he was going to add them to his menu. I ordered 3, beans and egg, beans and cheese, potato and egg. They were good, but They were so big I only ate half of each one. 😂

ITS NOTTTT A TACOOO, unless it’s layed out or lined up with cilantro and onions a salsa, it’s a burrito. They put meat in a tortilla and wrap it up in foil, it’s a burrito. A Chorizo and egg taco does not exist
