As a woman - thank you for standing up for us. Sadly, the safety of women and girls is still not taken seriously by the very people that are paid to protect us. Glasgow city centre does not feel safe during daylight hours anymore

As a woman - I genuinely don’t trust the police in Scotland. I had an ex partner who broke into my house whilst I wasn’t home, wrecked it then attacked me when I got home. I phoned the police and the guy who came said “well maybe you shouldn’t have let him in then eh” 🫠. This was only ONE isntance of the issues I had with police whist this man was making my life hell. They don’t care. At all.
