This means weight loss is going to be much more difficult unless you boost your metabolic rate. Three easy ways to immediately increase your metabolism are: 1) eat more protein!! Protein take more energy to digest than other macronutrients. This means our body burns more energy simply eating protein instead of carbs for example 2) eat less processed food!
