if you want a creative and unique idea to cover the electrical box. make a small frame (2×2 wood) then add a stained glass window with hinges on one side so you can still open it if you need to get to it

To cover the electric box put some plasterboard and sand itdown to fit in then put plaster over it!

You could do panelling in the hallway and hide the box with it using one of those magnetic locks to open the cupboard door

with the leak I think it's looking like an eventual new roof >.< my mum used this black waterproof sealant stuff that was like paint yeeears ago maybe someone knows the name of that it might help for a few years
