its got Christian Undertones and it exposes the devil and the music industry. and not to mention the person who wrote the songs used.christian themes. yes the film uses Korean mythology but doesnt glorify it this is completely fantasy sorry but your story is completely false

I watched this with my daughter because she kept asking to see it. I told her I will watch it with her and if I feel like it’s bad we were going to turn it off. So we watched it and we actually had great conversations about the spiritual battle between good and evil and how the enemy seeks to sneak in and deceive you. I didn’t find it to be bad. They should know about spiritual warfare.

I have cousins that are just as religious as you and your family which makes me ask the question why are you even have Netflix to begin with my cousins only watch certain stations to keep it simple nothing within and they spend most of their time outside working or playing

I actually watched it, it’s not the movie it’s how we teach our kids, it is all on the parent, if you didn’t watch it you can only go off of what others say, it actually explains the fight between good and evil, if you or your kids aren’t spiritually mature then don’t watch it

If I let my child watch something about fighting demons and destroying evil, then I'm doing something right. This movie isn't a Christian movie, nor claim to be. It is Korean lore. If you actually watched the film, it is fantastic and several truths within it about spiritual warfare and using music, aka WORSHIP, to protect the mind, body, and spirit. No spells or sigils are cast in this; that's a lie. This movie portrays the very real world we live in. In a spiritual world where good and evil exist, evil attempts to deceive us and tells us things that are not true about us, yet the power of good is stronger. It's a fantastic movie, and if you parent well and speak to your children about it through the lens of the Bible, there is actually fantastic Biblical truth within this movie

she didn't embrace it....and where was the castings of spells and sigils at ? you keep flashing the circles and none of them were in the movie. we are raising warriors. have you read 2 Chronicles 20. Psalms 149 acts 16. praise is used against the enemy. she overcame her shame. she is not the generational curse. jinu was human and sold his soul for music and fame....the selling of his soul made him a demon... ppl today sell their souls...they aren't demons... but the curse gets passed down ..through the father. also under the culture. the west has a very watered down scared understanding of the supernatural and how it works. im going to question your conviction if you allow your children to watch Disney ....

my daughter enlaw let my grandson watch it & when my grandson came here he told me he's been having nightmares. Had to bind and rebuke in the name of Jesus Christ whatever spell is trying to get to him.

My take was that they’re trying to make demons seem cool and half demons cool and make it seem like even if someone like her is half demon or the main guy was a human but now a demon (like fallen angel), they’re made to seem good… just didnt really sit right
