I’ve literally taken patients back and asked what brings them in for an emergency work in and they straight up tell me they lied to the front to be seen because they knew we were booked out a few months for routine visits. 😩😭

lol i had ONE break in my schedule today and a pt came in for an emergency appt bc of one tooth w recession and they put him in my chart to assess, take BWX, a PA, and clean him in 30 min🫠 i ran behind the whole morning😄😄😄
