I bought two! One medium- one small. (I sized down to small thinking maybe if it was tighter there would be more support? My honest opinion is it’s very comfy and stretchy yes- but the support for the girls is only in the sense that it holds them in place- but… not in the sense it is not going to hurt when you run. The “boing boing” is so exaggerated when I wear this. Sorry if this is TMI- just trying to help out my fellow gals! 😂 you cannot wear this to the gym okayyy! 😅
