Lender here- Make sure no buying on credit until you have keys in hand. A soft credit check is pulled right before closing to see if you have incurred any more debt. For some people it could totally disqualify you to purchase the property. All monthly payments are considered even after you have underwriting approval.

When it comes down to the cleaner is there any way to automate that or after every guest finishes their stay you have to call the cleaner to go clean it manually.

Make sure it’s not underwritten in the mortgage. That’s what was done in mine when I bought.
