The Airlines commit no fault This is discretion power of pilot to land on airport within his judgement if the pilot aborted the plane, the pilot had reason the customer should complain to relevant aviation whether the pilot make error judgement. The Airlines will respect the pilot decision, and approved them because they care about safety of passenger first on advice of pilot. Another problem...the airport dont allow landing.... The pilot had no choice but find new route to another airport for another landing ..
