The airline base their prices on everyone downloading a boarding pass. Don't want to do that, pay more to fly with someone else...simples.

dude how is he supposed to know he needs to pay after he already got his ticket? 😞 that's sad. he's a senior. life and technology moves really fast and a lot of people are in poverty right now so maybe it was his first time flying. I feel bad for him but I've only seen 30 seconds of the video so far lol just saying I'd be surprised too maybe not prepared for the boarding pass ..

Why would you pay for a boarding pass. If you check in at the counter they print you a boarding pass. Is this for that particular airline?

it is annoying but you have to follow the rules and pay the stupid fees ... at any point they can refuse the flight with no reason sadly ...
