Does yours happen just when eating? It seems to happen randomly throughout the day for me, just when swallowing saliva. But when it happens, food and water goes down just fine. I just feel like there’s a glob of saliva stuck in the back and I can’t swallow it down and my throat feels like it’s swollen or closed. But I can breathe through my nose just fine

I can swallow n sometimes when i do i have lack of sensation of food going down and then ill have heatburn on my collar bone n then n i try to cough it out but i dont feel anything stuck its just when swallow food n i dont feel it but mot choking but i also dont have silent aspiration so ik its my acid reflux irratated but then itll go away the next day or after i take my pill for acid reducer n but i do get scared to eat 😢
