No excuse for that. people are lazy to unstrap a kid and take it and thennsteap it back. I had to confront one that left two toddlers in a hot car in Tampa, she said it takes too long and she cant be asked, 5 minutes later the kids turned red and sleepy, we called cops and tried to break the back screen.😫 They never think they are wrong.😏
