From reading these comments, apparently my body doesn't know how to body. I've taken melitonin for over 25 years and it doesn't do 💩 for me. No weird dreams, no heart racing...nothing. It don't even help me sleep anymore

melatonin doesn’t even do anything for me. I JUST WANT TO SLEEP 😭 but i refuse prescription sleep meds as i know too many people who have become addicted to them and it scares me
