It’s crazy cause i just learned that these airlines charge for stuff that should be free! Printing out your boarding pass cost, i guess for the cost of paper, some even charge to put your pre heck number on your boarding pass. From what it seems like he don’t know how to download the boarding pass to his phone. So he wants a paper copy, but don’t wanna pay.

It's not hard to just download an ap. It makes flying so much easier because there's no papers to keep track of.
