Congratulations! That’s awesome! The highest my A1c was 11.5 and it is now 5.5. Changing the diet and walking makes all the difference.

He reminds me of my brother so much he was also a diabetic and watching his A1c he passed away from Covid and every time I really miss him I watch your guys videos because your man acts just like my brother every time I wanna laugh have a bad day. I need a smile I watch your guys’s videos 🥲
