So basically - - [Rotate - Scale (size) - Grab (move)] — and if you double click R(rotate) it’ll turn into a track ball — in this specific rig there are two modes ik and fk, recommend watching a tutorial about it, it’s easy, when you click on the bone that looks like a gear ⚙️in the shoulder or thigh you can switch modes of that part in the N menu (prop) — recommend playing around with simple rigs then switching to the complex ones! Good luck blender users !
