I think the mistake that Sibiya made was that he was placed on 'stay at home' around 15 July and he took his sweet time before approaching the court,his lawyers argument of suspension vs stay at home was a very solid one in court in my view but because of him already being suspended recently the argument was deemed to be moot,the move to suspend really came in clutch as it should have been done from the start for insubordination
