@tastyfood2288: Bless the hands that prepared this 🙏 Ingredients • 1 cup water • 1 cup milk • 1 tablespoon sugar • 1 small tea glass vegetable oil • 1.5 teaspoons salt • Half a packet of instant yeast • 2 egg whites (for the dough), yolks reserved for brushing on top • 5 to 5.5 cups flour (to get a medium-soft dough) Instructions 1. Knead the dough with the ingredients. 2. Without waiting, divide the dough into 18 equal pieces. 3. Cover tightly so no air gets in, and let rest for 10 minutes. 4. Roll out each piece into the size of a small tray. 5. Brush with a mixture of vegetable oil and butter, then fold as shown in the video. 6. Add filling — I used cheese, but you can use any filling you like. 7. Brush the tops with egg yolk. 8. Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for 25–30 minutes. #cake #dessert #food #bakery
