Day 12 of 75 Hard ✅ and yes… I totally went missing on updates after day 7 😂 but hey — that’s real life. Here’s what the last few days have looked like: * I got my period, which meant cravings hit hard. Normally, I’d cave into sugar and call it a “bad week.” But instead, I’ve been experimenting with little swaps and noticing that half the time, cravings are about comfort, not hunger. Game. Changer. * Workouts haven’t been glamorous. Today I knocked out a no-equipment, full-body workout at home. Nothing fancy, nothing Instagram-worthy, but it still counts. * Motivation? Honestly… it’s been low. But I’m realizing you don’t need to feel motivated every day to keep a promise to yourself. Some days it’s just about doing the bare minimum to move your body. The biggest thing I’ve learned so far is that progress doesn’t always look picture-perfect. Sometimes it’s messy. Sometimes it’s quiet. Sometimes it’s you choosing a walk instead of the couch, or fruit instead of a donut, or showing up to a quick at-home workout instead of skipping altogether. And that’s exactly why I love this challenge so far — it’s less about being “hardcore” and more about showing me where I usually give myself excuses. And slowly but surely, I’m proving to myself that I don’t need them. So if you’ve been thinking about starting 75 Hard (or any kind of reset), let this be your reminder: it doesn’t have to look perfect to be worth it. 💪🏽
