It’s nice to know that information, but there are no doctors that will treat it. Most of them in fact my own doctor said they didn’t learn much about it in med school. My early antigen for Epstein-Barr has been > 150 for years and I had mono when I was 18 and have never been the same since

I had covid then Shingles a few months later and have been unwell nearly 2 years. It's messed with my histamine levels and I know for many others. A lot of foods that heal the gut or are anti inflammatory are high in histamine. How do you combat this? 🙏

Help me please! End of January into the first 3 weeks of February I was violently ill. I lost 30lbs from being so sick. While I was sick I noticed my feet started to go numb, burning, tingling, freezing feeling. It's now September and it has traveled up to almost my knees. I'm on my 2nd neurologist to figure it out. 😬 It's so frustrating!
