Of course it doesn’t apply to everyone, but I do believe that most of us could find areas where we could prioritize better. And honestly, what could be more important than prioritizing clean, nourishing food for our little ones? That should be at the very top of the list, no matter the situation! And the truth is, it’s possible to create meals that are both healthy and affordable. We experience that cooking from scratch often ends up being cheaper. And if I can manage that as a single mom and student, then I truly believe most people can too💪🏼 I don’t share this to shame, I share to inspire! I also know that being honest and sometimes a little blunt is what actually makes people wake up. If there’s one thing I’m deeply passionate about, it’s creating the foundation for better health for our children. Because the current reality, where so many kids face chronic illness as a direct result of poor diet, is not a future any of us should find acceptable! #fyp
