The education system in England is dire. My eldest has just left and started college but my girls who would be y11 and y7 are home educated and not thriving. Don’t feel guilty at all your girls are having an amazing experience

You are completely doing the right thing. The education system here is bad. It’s one size fits all. All children are completely different. The teachers have to hit target’s. The good teachers leave. My children are adults but if I had to do it again I would home school. Don’t beat yourself up.

omg no way! i got 4 kids and when september comes close we all wish we didnt ever have to go back to school. boring prison. my kids are fluent in english here in cyprus and they have a new english teacher who can speak or spell properly. they wana eun for the hills. society is conditioned that this is the correct way. it aint. i twll my kids they can walk out any time so long as they are happy and they live well that all that matters. my son was made to shave his beard and he said to my how does a beard affect my learning or their teaching when they themselves have beards too? you are doing the right thing. school is over rated.
