This process works for for student loans, hospital bills, repo, evictions and collections if bought by any party debt collector. Once the original creditor sells your debt most of the time that new collection agency has no original contract with (Unless stated otherwise) Meaning that they must prove you owe them-or they have to remove the collection and the fees they have now added on top. Most of them can't, because they bought without your consent instead dispute it!! Have it wiped from your credit report in under 30 days with my dispute letters, any questions please ask!!
