Cook the pasta: Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Cook bow tie pasta until about halfway done (it will finish cooking in the oven). Drain and set aside. 2. Cook the beef: In a skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef until browned and fully cooked. Season with Italian seasoning to taste. Drain excess grease if needed. 3. Assemble the casserole: • Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). • In a 9x13 baking dish, add the half-cooked pasta and cooked ground beef. • Stir in marinara sauce, broth, Parmesan cheese, minced garlic, garlic powder, and onion powder.
