Instead I embraced every bit of the pain, screamed, cried for hours on end, thought about ending It all. Then I gave It all back to the universe and let It go. You see, it’s a choice to sit in the darkness and allow It to consume you or learn from It. You can chose the outcome. Don’t allow your emotions to control & keep you stuck. Choose to make a better life, rather than being the victim. I chose to make the change to better my life, to break the curses before me. To stop the toxic cycles, and behavior. I am living proof you can overcome the pain and have peace in your life. You can start over whenever you want. It’s not going to be easy, but worth It all.
