It hurts because it’s working 🤦🏾♀️after a while it feels bomb af and I feel refreshed after each use / use moisture on your skin before use …. The massager also helped me get rid of swelling in my calf’s and ankles … that also hurt like hell but I wasn’t going out with Cankels or elephant legs I’m in my 30’s
