I just had this happened to me. They lied and still ran the campaign after saying they’d no longer be going forward because of technical delays on their end. Kill fees will be in EVERY contract going forward and they’re ghosting me. It’ll be fun to hear from them soon tho when they get the small claims court stuff 🥹💅✨

Here is something I’ve always wondered about. If you as a creator have your own template contract, but the brand has their own contract, do you just use one and have your terms included in theirs? Do you sign both? Or do you create an agreement with things they don’t include on theirs? Thanks in advance love your content, I’ve learned so much.
