@shallottemin: mini korean bbq night with kdrama🎬✨ dipping sauce (ssamjang) • 1.5 tbsp ssamjang, • 1 tbsp apple vinegar, 1.5 tbsp sesame oil • add crushed garlic • chopped chilies to taste 🌱green onion salad (pa-muchim) • thinly slice scallions, give them an ice-cold bath (5–10 min), drain well • toss with: 1 tbsp gochugaru, 1 tbsp soy sauce, 1 tbsp vinegar, 1.5 tbsp syrup (or 1 tbsp sugar), crushed garlic to taste 🥔potato gamja jorim • halve baby potatoes; pan-fry in a little oil 7–10 min until golden • add 2 tbsp soy sauce, 1 tbsp syrup, crushed garlic, 1 cup water • cover and simmer 10 min on medium, then uncover and reduce until glazed • finish with sesame seeds #koreanbbq #kbbq #koreanfood #kdrama #bonappetityourmajesty
