i have a question. I got hired at a company in july, they have me going to nursing homes to perform “short term solution based therapy”, and calling me a social worker. All I have is a bachelors in psych😭 I thought after being hired they would train me to affectively give therapy but they just showed me how to log my visits and gave me a list of mental health assessments. thats it. Is this illegal?
