Donovan Alexzandr Delaney :

They should release the Addams Family in color.

AndyB :

Wasn’t the house used in desperate housewives?

MikeyM_1328 :

Honestly, The Addams Family would make sense with random colors like this because they live more lively than the normies around.

MonorailsAndMickeyPretzels :

Bright contrasting colors showed up better in a black and white broadcast - if it was a dark set with dark paint it would look all blobby and muddled

Sterling Cooper498 :

The technology for color television recording was not great in the mid sixties, a bit fuzzy not clear, where the black and white technology was super clear and crisp.

Noel :

Bewitched, which debuted in Sept 64 like Addams Family, was shot in B&W for it's first 2 season. When it changed to color for it's 3rd season in Sept 66, Addams family had been already canceled

Casvag :

Ok I haven’t watched the video and I’m picturing it as super pink and bright colors

Richard McCurry :

Great show that was one of my favorites

Robert Luther jr :

Watch on amazon prime and the Roku channel app

Sylwester :

The makeup for black and white movies and TV looked crazy, but it looks very good on camera. The colors on set were probably chosen to give good contrast rather than actually not needed at all ☺

Maestro489 :

What high school??

NZ Kiwi and 3,789 Others :

Morticia Addams is the reason we all have big tt goth obsession

KissmiiKate :

This why it was hilarious Morticia was aghast at the pink walls n Wednesday season 2!

JoZee :

honestly I could still see the Addams living in that type of colorful house

Bread and Crosses :

Sure, but this has more to do with how colors show up in black and white.

Michael Fiedler :

Uff. This is not limited to the literally last black & white series, but to all black and white films.

Rhiannon :

This Addams family is my favourite

DanDman :

The Munsters were much better

Tbone :

Very cool ♥

@ghostiger2.0 :

makes sense they used a light colour so it's easier to get light on the black and white colour

Crungy :

The house is pink bc the camera was black and white

Rorydan :

67

Leeroy :

Alisia :

I love Wednesday but I will not watch the original movie because it’s not in color like idk why they can’t just recolor everything especially with AI and technology
